About the Role
The Human Resource and Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the development and implementing Human Resource strategies and programs as well as maining budgets, build strategic resource plan and building reslationships with training vendors and consultants.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related fields.
Accredited Training Professional (ATP), CIPD Level 5 and other related certification is required.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development manager position
